C tried something new this summer and attended our High School's 2 week summer theater camp. She auditioned in April and was cast as Frog in the musical, A year wtih Frog and Toad (Kids version). I was wondering how they were going to pull off a 40 min show in 2 weeks but they did and it was fantastic! I didn't know a lot about this show initially, but when we pulled up a few perfomances on YouTube, we got excited. A lot of the songs are jazzy and very catchy (my personal fave was "Toad looks funny in a bathing suit") :)
So whether you're a fan of the Frog and Toad books, or musical theater in general, it's a great show if you ever get a chance to see it. And if you don't, here's a sneak peek with one of the cutest Frog's you'll ever see! :)
