the grand finale :)

My husband and I have a running joke. When we were dating, many moons ago, we were watching the fireworks on the levee in Baton Rouge one 4th of July. I kept asking (like a kid; and at 18 I guess I was!) if "this" was the grand finale?? He kept saying "you'll know when it is, I promise" and this went back and forth until, yes, it was suddenly clear that indeed, the grand finale was finally here! =)

So yesterday, I said this was the last of the beach pics, but tucked away I actually had one more set of pics of the Ward family to show off. So for this sweet, patient, Dallas mom I present the beach-pic-grand-finale!
